Christmas Delivery
Please see our order cut-off dates for delivery before Christmas. All orders will be processed within 24 business hours.
Our office will be dispatching orders until we close at 11am AEDT Friday 19 December 2025. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders which have been made after the below dates.
Australia Post has reintroduced weekend deliveries to handle the holiday rush, with some parcels being delivered on weekends leading up to Christmas.
Australia Post Delivery Cut Off Times

The dates provided above are for items posted to metro locations. If you are outside a metro area; we recommend placing an order ASAP to receive delivery by Christmas. Christmas Office Closure
Please note our office will be closed from 2pm Friday 19 December 2025 and will re-open on Monday 5 January 2026. Orders placed during this time will be processed upon our return.

Shipping charges are now as follows (includes GST)

Flat rate shipping (Signature Required) $12.00
Order Processing
All orders are sent via a courier service or Australia Post to ensure fast & safe delivery to your door.
We’re happy to offer Free Express Shipping on orders over $120 AUD. All orders are sent via Australia Post or a courier service to ensure fast and safe delivery to your door.
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (excluding weekends and public holidays) however some orders may take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.
During sale and promotional periods, please allow additional days for processing your order due to high volume of orders. Orders placed during a sale or promotion, can take up to 14 days. We endeavour to dispatch as quickly as possible, but please be patient.
Pure Fiji endeavours to get your order to you as fast as possible. The delivery times outlined above are approximate. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, natural disasters etc.)
Tracking
If you need us to track your parcel, or help estimate on approximate arrival time more closely - please check the emailed tracking number or contact us.
Delivery
As a signature is required on delivery, we suggest a work address or P.O. Box if you think you won't be home to sign for your delivery.
If for some reason, you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card in your mail box, and you will be able to pick up your parcel from your nearest Australia Post Office.
Pure Fiji does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for & delivered.
